60 Application of certain provisions of the South Australian Act—Wholesale gas markets and pipeline service providers Despite section 7, the modifications to the NGL set out in Schedule 1 have effect. Until the commencement of this section, amendments made to the NGL by the Statutes Amendment (National Energy Retail Law) Act 2011 of South Australia did not apply as laws of Victoria: see clause 88 of Schedule 3 to the NGL.
