58I Recovery of improvement related costs specified in an Order (1) This section applies despite anything to the contrary in the National Gas (Victoria) Law or the Rules. (2) For the purposes of the National Gas (Victoria) Law and the Rules, improvement related costs specified in an Order under section 58B as recoverable through charges in respect of services specified in that Order may be recovered through such charges.
