58F Publication of reasons for the making of an Order (1) The Minister must publish in the Government Gazette the Minister's reasons for making an Order under section 58B at the same time as the Order is published in the Government Gazette. (2) In addition, the Minister must publish the Minister's reasons for making an Order under section 58B on the Department's internet site as soon as practicable after the reasons are published in the Government Gazette.
