58A Definitions and interpretation (1) In this Division— ***improvement related costs*** means— (a) costs of a specified improvement; or (b) costs incurred in the provision of, or in acquiring or utilising, specified improvement services; ***modify*** includes add, omit or substitute; ***pipeline equipment*** has the same meaning as in Part 19 of the Rules; ***specified improvement***—see section 58B(1)(a)(i); ***specified improvement services***—see section 58B(1)(a)(ii). (2) Words and expressions used in this Division that are defined or used in the Rules— (a) have, subject to paragraph (b), the same meaning in this Division as they have under the Rules; and (b) are to be read subject to any modifications made to those words or expressions under this Division or an Order under section 58B. (3) Subsection (2) does not apply to the extent that the context or subject matter otherwise indicates or requires. S. 58B inserted by No. 10/2026 s. 3.
