51 Specified code or guidelines and specified VENCorp provisions (1) On and after the transition day, AEMO is, by force of this subsection— (a) conferred a function or power VENCorp had under a specified code or guideline or specified VENCorp provision immediately before that day; and (b) subject to every duty imposed on VENCorp under a specified code or guideline or specified VENCorp provision immediately before that day. (2) On and after the transition day, every reference to VENCorp in a specified code or guideline or specified VENCorp provision is to be taken to be a reference to the AEMO unless the context otherwise requires.
