Tasmania act
This instrument makes the National Gas Law part of Tasmanian law (applied with Tasmania‑specific modifications) from 1 July 2008. It tells readers where to find the full National Gas Law text (the Schedule to the National Gas (South Australia) Act 2008) and directs them to the National Gas (Tasmania) Act 2008 for the Tasmanian modifications. Mechanically, it changes which statutory text governs gas matters in Tasmania and therefore affects those subject to that law.
