6 Power to purchase and dispose of assets
(1) For the purposes of paragraphs 38(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, $10,000,000 is prescribed. (2) For the purposes of paragraphs 38(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the Act, $2,000,000 is prescribed.
