29 Security officers
(1) An appointment: (a) made under subregulation 5(1) of the old regulations; and (b) in force immediately before the commencement of this section; has effect, from that commencement, as if it had been made under subsection 12(1) of this instrument. (2) An identity card: (a) issued under subregulation 5(2) of the old regulations; and (b) in force immediately before the commencement of this section; has effect, from that commencement, as if had been issued under subsection 12(2) of this instrument.
