5 Desired environmental outcomes
The desired environmental outcomes of the Measure are:
(a) the maintenance and improvement of:
(i) ambient air quality; and
(ii) ambient marine, estuarine and fresh water quality;
(b) the minimisation of environmental impacts associated with hazardous wastes; and
