#### 7 Activities carried on by contractors A reference in this Act to the carrying on of an activity by the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority includes a reference to the engaging in of any conduct by another person under a contract entered into by the person with the Commonwealth or the authority in connection with the carrying on of such an activity for or on behalf of the Commonwealth or the authority.
