Division 3 Assessment and reporting on implementation and effectiveness of measures National Environment Protection Council (Northern Territory) Act 1994 13 (2) The notice must: (b) in each participating State or Territory concerned – also be published, on at least one day during the month when the Gazette notice is published, in a newspaper circulating in the State or Territory. (3) The period stated in the notice must end at least one month after the day on which subsection (2)(b) has been fully complied with in all participating jurisdictions.
