22 Report by Minister on implementation and effectiveness
of measures
(1) The Minister of the Australian Capital Territory who is a member of
the council is, after each reporting year of the council, to prepare a
report on the implementation of national environment protection
measures during that year by the Australian Capital Territory and the
effectiveness of those measures.
