6 Application of regulations under National Energy Retail Law
The regulations, made under the National Energy Retail Law, as amended from time to time –
(a) apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the National Energy Retail Law (Tasmania) with the modifications, if any, set out in regulations under section 12(6) ; and
(b) as so applying may be referred to as the National Energy Retail Regulations (Tasmania).
