5 Amendments to National Energy Retail Law
(1) The Minister is to cause any amendment to the National Energy Retail Law set out in the Schedule to the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) Act 2011 of South Australia to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 10 sitting-days from the date on which the amendment receives the Royal Assent in South Australia.
(2) Nothing in this section affects the operation of section 4 .
