Subdivision 1—Preliminary 149—Operation of this Division (1) This Division does not limit the information for or in connection with a RoLR event that AEMO may require a failed retailer (or its insolvency official) to provide to it, to distributors and to designated RoLRs (or to any of them) under the RoLR scheme, the NEL or NGL or the NER or NGR. (2) To avoid doubt, AEMO may under the RoLR Procedures require a failed retailer or its insolvency official to provide to AEMO, distributors or designated RoLRs, for or in connection with a RoLR event, customer details, customer site details information and other customer information, including information that in circumstances other than a RoLR event is not usually provided.
