sec.99 Variation of retailer authorisation
The AER may amend a retailer authorisation to make any alterations requested by the retailer. An amendment must not change the type or types of gas a retailer is authorised to sell unless— the retailer makes an application under this Division; and the AER determines the application under this Division. In this section— alterations includes omissions and additions. s 99 amd 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 80 (sec.99-ssec.1) The AER may amend a retailer authorisation to make any alterations requested by the retailer. (sec.99-ssec.1a) An amendment must not change the type or types of gas a retailer is authorised to sell unless— the retailer makes an application under this Division; and the AER determines the application under this Division. (sec.99-ssec.2) In this section— alterations includes omissions and additions.
- (a) the retailer makes an application under this Division; and
- (b) the AER determines the application under this Division.
