sec.96A Retailer authorisation may be held jointly
A retailer authorisation may be held jointly by 2 or more persons. If a retailer authorisation is held jointly by 2 or more persons, those persons are jointly and severally liable to meet requirements imposed under any of the energy laws. s 96A ins 2012 No. 16 (SA) s 8 (sec.96A-ssec.1) A retailer authorisation may be held jointly by 2 or more persons. (sec.96A-ssec.2) If a retailer authorisation is held jointly by 2 or more persons, those persons are jointly and severally liable to meet requirements imposed under any of the energy laws.
