sec.87 Rules
The Rules may make provision for or with respect to small customer complaints and disputes. Without limiting subsection (1) , the Rules may make provision for or with respect to a retailer’s or distributor’s standard complaints and dispute resolution procedures, including their development, making, publication, review, amendment and replacement. (sec.87-ssec.1) The Rules may make provision for or with respect to small customer complaints and disputes. (sec.87-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the Rules may make provision for or with respect to a retailer’s or distributor’s standard complaints and dispute resolution procedures, including their development, making, publication, review, amendment and replacement.
