sec.85 Information and assistance requirements
A retailer or distributor must provide information and assistance relating to a small customer complaint or dispute to the energy ombudsman on request by the ombudsman. If there is a dispute as to the nature or scope of the information or assistance to be provided, the retailer or distributor is to abide by the decision of the ombudsman. The AER must share information with the energy ombudsman in relation to small customer complaints and disputes. (sec.85-ssec.1) A retailer or distributor must provide information and assistance relating to a small customer complaint or dispute to the energy ombudsman on request by the ombudsman. (sec.85-ssec.2) If there is a dispute as to the nature or scope of the information or assistance to be provided, the retailer or distributor is to abide by the decision of the ombudsman. (sec.85-ssec.3) The AER must share information with the energy ombudsman in relation to small customer complaints and disputes.
