sec.78B Contractual arrangements for card-operated meter premises
A distributor may provide customer connection services for card-operated meter premises only under a deemed standard connection contract (card-operated meters). This subsection is a civil penalty provision. In this section— deemed standard connection contract (card-operated meters) means a deemed standard connection contract consistent with the model terms and conditions applying to deemed standard connection contracts for card-operated meter premises. s 78B ins 2014 No. 49 (Qld) s 4 sch s 21 (sec.78B-ssec.1) A distributor may provide customer connection services for card-operated meter premises only under a deemed standard connection contract (card-operated meters).
