sec.74 Duration of deemed standard connection contract
A deemed standard connection contract between a distributor and a customer remains in force until— a deemed AER approved standard connection contract or a negotiated connection contract in respect of the premises comes into force; or the deemed standard connection contract is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- (a) a deemed AER approved standard connection contract or a negotiated connection contract in respect of the premises comes into force; or
- (b) the deemed standard connection contract is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
