sec.73 Deemed standard connection contract to be consistent with model terms and conditions
The terms and conditions (whether original or varied) of a deemed standard connection contract have no effect to the extent of any inconsistency with the model terms and conditions as currently in force or any required alterations. If there is such an inconsistency, the model terms and conditions or required alterations (as the case requires) apply instead to the extent of the inconsistency. (sec.73-ssec.1) The terms and conditions (whether original or varied) of a deemed standard connection contract have no effect to the extent of any inconsistency with the model terms and conditions as currently in force or any required alterations. (sec.73-ssec.2) If there is such an inconsistency, the model terms and conditions or required alterations (as the case requires) apply instead to the extent of the inconsistency.
