sec.64J Terms and conditions of deemed large customer retail arrangements
The terms and conditions of a deemed large customer retail arrangement under section 64I are the terms and conditions of the assigned retailer’s large customer standard retail contract. The prices applicable to a deemed large customer retail arrangement are the assigned retailer’s notified prices.
