sec.265 Evidence of the National Energy Retail Rules
A document purporting to be a copy of— the National Energy Retail Rules ; or the initial National Energy Retail Rules ; or an amendment to the initial National Energy Retail Rules or the National Energy Retail Rules , endorsed with a certificate to which the seal of the AEMC has been duly affixed certifying the document is such a copy, is evidence that the document is such a copy.
- (a) the National Energy Retail Rules ; or
- (b) the initial National Energy Retail Rules ; or
- (c) an amendment to the initial National Energy Retail Rules or the National Energy Retail Rules ,
