sec.246 Content of requests for Rules
A request for the making of a Rule— must contain the information prescribed by the National Regulations or the Rules (or both); and must, subject to section 247 , be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the National Regulations (if any); and may be accompanied by a draft of the Rule to be made. s 246 amd 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 26
