sec.245 AEMC may make Rules that are consequential to a Rule request
Despite section 243 (2) , the AEMC may, having regard to a request to make a Rule under section 243 (1) , make a Rule under this Law, the NEL or the NGL that is necessary or consequential, or corresponds, to the Rule. For the purposes of this Part, the AEMC must treat a Rule it may make under subsection (1) as if it were part of the Rule to be made on that request. (sec.245-ssec.1) Despite section 243 (2) , the AEMC may, having regard to a request to make a Rule under section 243 (1) , make a Rule under this Law, the NEL or the NGL that is necessary or consequential, or corresponds, to the Rule. (sec.245-ssec.2) For the purposes of this Part, the AEMC must treat a Rule it may make under subsection (1) as if it were part of the Rule to be made on that request.
