sec.215 Consideration by the AER of submissions or comments made to it under this Law or the Rules
If, under this Law or the Rules, the AER publishes a notice inviting submissions in relation to the making of a decision by the AER, the AER, in making the decision— must consider every submission it receives within the period specified in the notice; and may, but need not, consider a submission it receives after the period specified in the notice expires.
