sec.211 Disclosure of information given to AER with confidential information omitted
This section applies if— in compliance with this Law or the Rules or voluntarily, a person gives the AER information in confidence; and that information is contained in a document with other information. The AER may disclose the document with the information given in confidence omitted. The AER must include a note at the place in the document from which the information given in confidence is omitted to the effect that that information has been omitted from the document. (sec.211-ssec.1) This section applies if— in compliance with this Law or the Rules or voluntarily, a person gives the AER information in confidence; and that information is contained in a document with other information. (sec.211-ssec.2) The AER may disclose the document with the information given in confidence omitted. (sec.211-ssec.3) The AER must include a note at the place in the document from which the information given in confidence is omitted to the effect that that information has been omitted from the document.
- (a) in compliance with this Law or the Rules or voluntarily, a person gives the AER information in confidence; and
- (b) that information is contained in a document with other information.
