sec.20 Kinds of customer retail contracts
There are 2 kinds of customer retail contracts, as follows: standard retail contracts; market retail contracts. A retailer cannot provide customer retail services to small customers under any other kind of contract or arrangement. This subsection is a civil penalty provision. This section does not affect deemed customer retail arrangements under Division 9 . This section does not affect RoLR deemed small customer retail arrangements under Part 6 . (sec.20-ssec.1) There are 2 kinds of customer retail contracts, as follows: standard retail contracts; market retail contracts. (sec.20-ssec.2) A retailer cannot provide customer retail services to small customers under any other kind of contract or arrangement. This subsection is a civil penalty provision. (sec.20-ssec.3) This section does not affect deemed customer retail arrangements under Division 9 . (sec.20-ssec.4) This section does not affect RoLR deemed small customer retail arrangements under Part 6 .
