sec.19 Application of this Part
This Part applies to the relationship between retailers and small customers. This Part, other than Divisions 12 and 12A , does not apply to or affect the relationship between retailers and large customers. This subsection is a substituted Queensland provision. This Part does not apply to business customers of a retailer who aggregate 2 or more business premises in accordance with the Rules. s 19 amd 2014 No. 49 (Qld) s 4 sch s 13 (sec.19-ssec.1) This Part applies to the relationship between retailers and small customers. (sec.19-ssec.2) This Part, other than Divisions 12 and 12A , does not apply to or affect the relationship between retailers and large customers. This subsection is a substituted Queensland provision. (sec.19-ssec.3) This Part does not apply to business customers of a retailer who aggregate 2 or more business premises in accordance with the Rules.
