sec.164 Operation of this Division, schemes and determinations
This Division and a RoLR cost recovery scheme under this Division have effect despite anything in the following: the NEL and NER; the NGL and NGR; any distribution determination; any applicable access arrangement.
- (a) the NEL and NER;
- (b) the NGL and NGR;
- (c) any distribution determination;
- (d) any applicable access arrangement.
