sec.155 Further provision about manner in which information must be provided

Without limiting section 153 , a RoLR regulatory information notice may require that the information specified in the notice— be provided on the occurrence of a specified event or state of affairs; and be provided in accordance with any document, code, standard, rule, specification or method formulated, issued, prescribed or published by the AER, AEMO or any person, authority or body whether— wholly or partially or as amended by the notice; or as formulated, issued, prescribed or published at the time the notice is served or at any time before the notice is served; or as amended from time to time; and be verified by way of statutory declaration by an officer of the retailer to whom the notice applies.

• (a) be provided on the occurrence of a specified event or state of affairs; and
• (b) be provided in accordance with any document, code, standard, rule, specification or method formulated, issued, prescribed or published by the AER, AEMO or any person, authority or body whether— (i) wholly or partially or as amended by the notice; or (ii) as formulated, issued, prescribed or published at the time the notice is served or at any time before the notice is served; or (iii) as amended from time to time; and

• (ii) as formulated, issued, prescribed or published at the time the notice is served or at any time before the notice is served; or
• (iii) as amended from time to time; and
• (c) be verified by way of statutory declaration by an officer of the retailer to whom the notice applies.
