sec.153 Form and content of RoLR regulatory information notice
A RoLR regulatory information notice— must name the retailer (or former retailer) to whom it applies; and must specify the information required to be provided; and must specify to whom the information described in the notice is to be provided; and may specify the manner and form in which the information described in the notice is required to be provided; and must specify when the information must be provided.
