sec.129 New basis for registration as a RoLR
If AEMO advises the AER that a RoLR may be registered on a basis other than for a connection point (in the case of electricity) or a distribution system (in the case of gas), the AER may register the RoLR on that basis (the new basis ). There still must be (disregarding any failed retailer) no more than one default RoLR for the matter or thing that comprises the new basis for registration. Notice of the new basis for registration must be published by the AER on its website. References in this Division to a connection point (in the case of electricity) or a distribution system (in the case of gas) are taken to include a reference to any new basis for registration.
