sec.121B Interpretative matters
The functions of the AER under this Part are the AER trial waiver functions . This Part does not limit any other provision of this Law or the Rules that provides for an exemption from, or for the waiver of, compliance with this Law or the Rules. s 121B ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 20 (sec.121B-ssec.1) The functions of the AER under this Part are the AER trial waiver functions .
