sec.119 Public Register of Authorised Retailers and Exempt Sellers
The AER must maintain, and publish on its website, a Public Register of Authorised Retailers and Exempt Sellers, which— must include particulars of authorised retailers and exempt sellers, and other particulars, as required by the Rules; and may include other particulars or information as permitted by the Rules.
