sec.101 Transfer only by application
A retailer authorisation may be transferred only under this Division. A purported transfer of a retailer authorisation not made under this Division is of no effect. (sec.101-ssec.1) A retailer authorisation may be transferred only under this Division. (sec.101-ssec.2) A purported transfer of a retailer authorisation not made under this Division is of no effect.
