sch.1-sec.17 Amendment of RoLR Guidelines and RoLR plan
The AER must update the following to take account of the amendments made to this Law by the National Energy Retail Law (Retailer of Last Resort) Amendment Act 2025 (the amending Act )— the AER RoLR Guidelines under section 135 ; the RoLR plan under section 162 . The AER must ensure the updates are completed within 6 months after the commencement of the amending Act. sch 1 s 17 ins 2025 No. 61 (SA) s 13 (sch.1-sec.17-ssec.1) The AER must update the following to take account of the amendments made to this Law by the National Energy Retail Law (Retailer of Last Resort) Amendment Act 2025 (the amending Act )— the AER RoLR Guidelines under section 135 ; the RoLR plan under section 162 . (sch.1-sec.17-ssec.2) The AER must ensure the updates are completed within 6 months after the commencement of the amending Act.
