sec.18 Exempt seller exemption— Act , s 17
For section 17 of the Act — the exemption for Maranoa Regional Council is subject to the conditions stated in schedule 1 ; and the exemption for Western Downs Regional Council is subject to the conditions stated in schedule 2 .
- (a) the exemption for Maranoa Regional Council is subject to the conditions stated in schedule 1 ; and
- (b) the exemption for Western Downs Regional Council is subject to the conditions stated in schedule 2 .
