sch.3-sec.2 Definitions and interpretation
Terms used in this contract have the same meanings as they have in the National Energy Retail Law and the National Energy Retail Rules (the Rules ). However, for ease of reference, a simplified explanation of some terms is given at the end of this contract. If a simplified explanation in clause 24 differs from a definition, for the same thing, in the National Energy Retail Law or the Rules, the definition in the National Energy Retail Law or the Rules prevails.
