sch.2-sec.4 Standard gas sale contract
The standard gas sale contract is based on the model terms and conditions for standard retail contracts (the model terms ) contained in the National Energy Retail Rules , schedule 1 , subject to the amendments stated in sections 5 and 6 of this schedule and the renumbering of clauses as required.
