sch.1-sec.8 Review of a bill

The holder must— review a bill issued to a small exempt customer if requested to do so by the customer; and conduct the review in accordance with the holder’s standard complaints and dispute resolution procedures, including any time limits applicable under those procedures; and The standard complaints and dispute resolution procedures may be those used by the holder for another purpose. inform the small exempt customer of the outcome of the review as soon as reasonably possible but, in any event, within any time limits applicable under the holder’s standard complaints and dispute resolution procedures; and if the small exempt customer requests that, in reviewing the bill, the meter reading or metering data be checked or the meter tested—ensure it is done in accordance with the relevant obligations on the holder as a distributor within the meaning of the Gas Supply Act 2003 .

• (d) if the small exempt customer requests that, in reviewing the bill, the meter reading or metering data be checked or the meter tested—ensure it is done in accordance with the relevant obligations on the holder as a distributor within the meaning of the Gas Supply Act 2003 .
