204A Additional function of AER relating to energy ombudsman [NSW]
The AER also has the function of monitoring compliance by retailers and exempt sellers with the provisions of the Electricity Supply Act 1995 of New South Wales, and regulations under that Act, relating to compliance with the decisions of the energy ombudsman.
