Insert instead—

(8) The Market Monitor may, by written notice served on a retailer, require the retailer to give particulars of the following to the Market Monitor—

(a) the number of market offer customers of the retailer;

(b) the market offer prices paid by the retailer’s market offer customers;

(c) each publicly advertised standing offer price offered by the retailer and the number of customers on each of the prices;

(d) a matter that, under subsection (3), must be included in an annual report.
