4 Upper consumption thresholds

(1) For the National Law, section 2(1), definition of embedded network customer, paragraph (b), the upper consumption threshold is—

(a) for electricity—100MWh per year, or

(b) for gas—1,000GJ per year.

(2) For the National Law, section 6(2)(a) the upper consumption threshold for business customers is—

(a) for electricity—100MWh per year, or

(b) for gas—1,000GJ per year.
