In this regulation—
ActewAGL Retail means ActewAGL Retail, partnership of Icon Retail Investments Limited (ACN 074 371 207) and AGL ACT Retail Investments Pty Limited (ACN 093 631 586).
AGL Sales means AGL Sales Pty Limited (ACN 090 538 337).
Allgas Energy means Allgas Energy Pty Limited (ACN 009 656 446).
Australian Gas Networks (Albury) means Australian Gas Networks (Albury) Limited (ACN 000 001 249).
EvoEnergy means EvoEnergy, partnership of Icon Distribution Investments Limited (ACN 073 025 224) and Jemena Networks.
Jemena Networks means Jemena Networks (ACT) Pty Ltd (ACN 008 552 663).
National Law means the National Energy Retail Law (NSW).
the Act means the National Energy Retail Law (Adoption) Act 2012.
