21 Functions of AER relating to cross-border exemptions
(1) The AER has the function of monitoring compliance with, and enforcement of, conditions of exemption by persons exempted from the National Law under sections 24–26, but only if the National Law applies in the other State or Territory referred to in the sections.
(2) The AER also has and may exercise, in relation to compliance with and enforcement of conditions, the same functions and powers as the AER has in relation to compliance with and enforcement of the National Law.
