3 Definitions

(1) In this Regulation—

National Law means the National Energy Retail Law (NSW).

the Act means the National Energy Retail Law (Adoption) Act 2012.

Note.

The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.

(2) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.

Note.

For the purposes of comparison, provisions of this Regulation contain bracketed notes in headings drawing attention (“cf”) to equivalent or comparable (though not necessarily identical) provisions of the National Energy Retail Law (Adoption) Regulation 2013 (2013 reg).
