#### 28 Conditions relating to exemption of Lord Howe Island Board 28 Conditions relating to exemption of Lord Howe Island Board (cf 2013 reg cl 22) > > (1) The exemption of the Lord Howe Island Board from the application of the National Law under section 3A of the National Law is subject to the conditions set out in this clause. > > > (2) The Board must provide customer connection services to a person who requests the services and whose premises are connected to, or who is seeking to have premises connected to, the Board’s distribution system. > > > (3) The Board must provide customer retail services to a customer who requests the services and whose premises are connected to, or who is seeking to have premises connected to, the Board’s distribution system. > > > (4) The Board must provide customer connection services and customer retail services under, or in accordance with, a contract.
