#### 22 Exemption of Ausgrid for Kurri Kurri contract 22 Exemption of Ausgrid for Kurri Kurri contract (cf 2013 reg cl 16) > > (1) Ausgrid is exempted from the National Law in relation to the sale or supply of electricity under the electricity supply agreement dated 28 June 2002 between Ausgrid (ABN 67 505 337 385) (formerly EnergyAustralia) and Hydro Aluminium Kurri Kurri Pty Ltd (ACN 093 266 221). > > > (2) An exemption under this clause ceases to have effect if that agreement is varied unless the Minister determines, by notice in writing to Ausgrid, that the exemption extends to the sale or supply of electricity under the agreement as so varied.
